two packs of  5-tab binder dividers

two boxes pencils

three or four  highlighters  (assorted colors) 

one pack of colored pencils       

one Fine Tip Expo/ Dry Erase Markers (4 pack/box)          

three Glue sticks 

two packs Post-It notes

one pack Loose-leaf paper 

one box tissues (to be stored by the science teacher)

one pack graph paper (8th graders only for math)

* Due to the significant number of lost wireless earbuds, the way that they can be used to connect to Bluetooth technology, and most importantly to ensure safety in case of an emergency, wireless earbuds are not permitted at Thoreau Middle School.

** Some teachers and the elective courses may require other supplies for their classes in addition to this list. Your child will be informed of those supplies during the first week of school. 

For students taking Algebra, Algebra Honors, and Geometry
