We are thrilled to start off our third season of middle school sports with our Cross Country team! To ensure that students can participate in Cross Country, please follow these steps below. Students may NOT practice without completing all three steps (no later than Friday, 9/6/2024).

• Complete AND Submit the FCPS MS Athletics Registration Google Form online. It is imperative that this is Step 1.
• Complete AND turn in the Middle School Athletics Physical Form to the School-based Athletic Coordinator (Ms. Schnebel - Room A215) or the box in the Main Office. This MUST be dated after May 1, 2024.
• Complete AND turn in the Emergency Care Form to the School-based Athletic Coordinator (Ms. Schnebel - Room A215) or the box in the Main Office.This MUST be filled in each school year.
